Design the leisure and luxury brands of tomorrow.
Without is an award-winning independent brand design studio with a 15-year track record in creating and developing leisure and luxury brands, like Third Space and Caravan that make the world healthier, tastier and more rewarding. We’re looking for an exceptional designer to become part of a dynamic team creating world-class design for the brands of tomorrow. You’ll be a graduate with a strong portfolio and 1-2 years experience, looking for a motivating environment where you can create work to be proud of.
Without has an excellent track record in developing talent and rewarding achievement. Alongside the results we create for clients, we pride ourselves on our positive, supportive culture. We’re an equal opportunities employer, where ideas are welcomed from all quarters. We benefit from a flexible approach to work that combines remote working with days collaborating in our studio in Clerkenwell, London.
To create brands that make a difference, we encourage designers to engage in projects from inception to completion. Supported by Design Directors, you’ll be responsible for engaging with strategy, creating initial concepts, refining these in effective forums with clients, and bringing final designs into the world with impact, energy and rigour. You’ll create strong relationships with existing clients where your work will elevate and invigorate established brands. You’ll bring a fresh perspective to concepts for new clients. And you’ll bring energy and enthusiasm across the studio.
